Privacy policy

We process your data with respect, transparency and in accordance with GDPR.

Data collected

Customer account (email, name), orders (shipping address, content, Stripe payment), workshop bookings (name, email, phone, message).

Purposes

Managing orders and bookings, communication about your purchase or workshop, accounting obligations.

Retention

Order data: 10 years (accounting). Customer account: while the account exists. Bookings: 3 years after the last session.

Recipients & processors

Your data is only accessible to Valentine. Technical processors: — Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the European Union) — Cloudflare (site delivery and application hosting) — Stripe (payment processing; we never store card data) — Transactional email service (notify.lescapadecreativebyvalentine.fr domain) No data is sold or shared for advertising. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies & analytics

The site only uses strictly necessary technical data (login session, cart): none of it is used for advertising tracking. Analytics are internal: we record the page viewed, the language, the referring site's domain name and the device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), linked to a temporary session identifier erased when the tab is closed. No IP address, no advertising cookie, no third-party sharing. Legal basis: legitimate interest (anonymous audience measurement). Retention: 13 months maximum, then automatic deletion. You may refuse this measurement at any time via the banner shown on your first visit: refusing fully disables the recording.

Contact messages

Messages sent via the form are kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction. From your personal area you can download all your data as JSON (right to portability) and delete your account: your profile and credentials are deleted, and your orders are anonymised (amounts and dates kept for 10 years for accounting obligations). You may also write to info@lescapadecreativebyvalentine.fr: we reply within one month at most. You may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
